90 Day Assistance - Planning & Design

For those who love planning, thrive on details, and have already booked most of your vendors, this package provides professional support during the crucial final three months. Why three months? It gives us time to truly connect with you and understand your story, ensuring your event reflects your vision and personality. Stepping in too late doesn’t allow for that personal touch we value so much. We’ll help refine the details, tackle any last-minute tasks, and coordinate everything flawlessly on the day of. With our guidance, you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration, confident that every detail is perfectly handled.

Add-Ons

  • - For extended hours on the event day (if needed)

  • - Tear down starts after 11pm

  • - We’ll assemble your invitations and add the provided postage for you. Once completed, we’ll mail them out for you too!

    - Invitation kit (envelopes, inserts, embellishments, postage) mailed to us

    - Invitations must already be addressed to ensure design consistency

    - Price variability depends on number and complexity of invitations (vellum, bow, twine, multiple inserts, wax seals, number of postage per envelope)

  • - Semi-custom Squarespace website

    - Up to 5 pages of your choice (Home, About, RSVP, Registry, Event Details) — $50 each additional page

    - Personalization with your story and gallery

    - Integration of event design choices for consistency (style and colors)

    - Mobile Optimization

    - Option to use post event with instructional guide to update website (Event gallery/video once delivered, honeymoon blog, late gift givers/donations)

    Starting at $600

  • - Semi-custom magazine

    - Designed for Saddle Stitch Binding — folded sheets are gathered together one inside the other and then stapled through the fold line with wire staples (Most cost effective without losing quality)

    - Up to 24 pages (must be increments of 4 due to the nature of saddle stich binding) — $60 for every 4-page addition

    - Personalization with your story and gallery

    - Integration of event design choices for consistency (style and colors)

    - Printing not included, however, printing guidance will be provided
